First Week Success

When it comes to the first week of preschool, things can be a little challenging for the students and the teacher. This little group of preschoolers ROCKED their first week! They are preschool pros! Our first week went so smoothly that I'm pretty sure this year is going to be super fantastic and easy-peasy!

We had so much fun meeting our new friends, getting accustomed to the classroom routine, reading books, working in centers, playing on the playground, and having fun with Miss Heather's parachute!

We also did a literacy connection to the book "If You Take a Mouse to School" by Laura Numeroff. After reading the story, we worked together to build an amazing mouse house! I was so impressed with how well these preschoolers worked together and made sure to include every one's ideas.

I just know this year is going to be a successful one!
